Aftermarket Fuel Regulator for Gen2

Image
How fuel regulator funtion ? Fuel regulator is using vacuum to pull the diafragm which hard press a spring and let fuel to flow back to tank . If the diafragm close (low vacuum)that mean pressure will occur at fuel rail and force fuel to inject thru nozzle (injector) .If diafragm open (high vacuum) mean low pressure at fuel rail and small amount of fuel will be injected ( during low revving and idling ) . Stock fuel regulator only apply 2.5kg/cm2 and consider very low pressure . As we know during high revving vacuum will act very low and diafragm will open widely . Thus very low pressure at fuel rail and cause lagging ( RPM climb very slow ). Aftermarket fuel regulator is adjustable , not like stock one . For NA will normal fuel piping , pressure always set at 0.3psi . More than enough already . Why must high pressure ? FC will increase ? FC won't increase if you used to set pressure at optimum point . High pressure will force fuel to inject and split into many small dot if compare

R3 Ceramic Coated Exhaust Header

Image
hye guys.. check this out. Ceramic coated extractor from R3 (race rally research). What is Ceramic Coating ?? Ceramic coating is a thermal skin applied internally and externally to the header. This skin or coat, apart from other properties, consists of ceramic and aluminium. This combination provides very high thermal resistance and is an ideal coating for headers, pistons and other high temperature components. A by-product of ceramic coating is its high lustre or finish, and should increase the life of the product. [updated] View the Dyno results sheets after installing this extractor.
