2008 New Proton Gen2 CPS & IAFM!!

As many readers will already know, an upgraded version of the Proton Gen2 with a more powerful engine has been produced at the Tanjung Malim plant for some months now. However, Malaysian customers have not been able to buy this version because the first market it was introduced to was Thailand. The move to launch a new model outside Malaysia was explained by Proton MD, Dato' Haji Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Tahir, as being a 'strategic move' which was intended to demonstrate Proton's seriousness in growing its export markets, especially so in Thailand. Previous Gen2 "Besides using the Bangkok Motorshow for the world premiere of our new Gen2, we also wanted to show our future customers in Thailand that we are serious about selling our cars in their market. Custom Mitsubishi Lancer GT bumper

found this picture when im googling around.. just want to share with all my readers. This grey gen2 fitted with a custom front bumper.. hehehe.. to me, the front bumper look like a Mitsubishi Lancer GT 2.0 .. hehehe.. btw... its nice bodykit though. mybe some alteration to the headlamp part will make the car look nicer... just my 2cents.. Greddy C-West Gen2

this metropolitan grey gen2 equipped with custom made bodykits. The front bumper is C-West Bumper. The owner match a metallic black paint on the hood, rear bonnet to make it look fierce. hehehe.. fierce eh?? From the Back hmm.. a Custom twin tail pipe which is from Satria GTi model were there, replacing the stock OEM Muffler. The owner also replace the OEM rear lights to smoke black L.E.D lights . As u all can see, there's no more PROTON's logo at the bonnet. Actually, you can remove yourself the logo.. but there will be a holes at your bonnet.. so the owner took his initiative to cover the holes with some cements (usually at paint shop, they use it to touchup dent area) and spray it black. A carbon GT wing were on the bonnet makes the car more fierce.. (like to fast to furios) hehee..
